Cost is determined using the self-assessment sliding scale below. These sessions are designed for individuals.
Forest soak fee is determined with a sliding scale:
Body-based oppression is directly tied to white supremacy, colonialism, patriarchy, ableism, transphobia, and fat-phobia. Therefore, many of the folks most targeted by body-based oppression hold marginalized identities that are disproportionately affected by poverty. This work is all about body liberation and I am passionate about reducing barriers to access. For this reason, rates are determined using the sliding scale below.
Use the following self-assessment tool to place yourself on the sliding scale:
Are you or your immediate family homeowners or landowners?
Are your bills or credit cards on autopay?
Are you able to afford and access healthcare or health insurance for you or your family members?
Do you have zero to no debt and/or do you have disposable income?
Do you have a safety net composed of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?
Do you have money in a savings account?
Do you have U.S. Citizenship?
Have you or do you expect to inherit money or property?
Have you (or could you have) attended college?
Have you (or could you have) attended graduate school?

Mostly no:
Solidarity rate
$475 + tax
With the solidarity rate, I aim to make this service accessible to more folks who would benefit from this transformative experience. I acknowledge the inextricable link between systems of oppression and socio-economic status.
If you answered….
A mix of yes and no:
Sustain rate
$700 + tax
The sustain rate reflects the value of the time, skill and financial investment that goes into each forest soak session. This is the standard rate that makes these sessions financially and energetically sustainable.
Mostly yes:
Redistribution rate
$850 + tax
The redistribution rate acknowledges a position of financial privilege and pays a slightly higher fee to support me in offering my solidarity rate to clients who would be unable to access this work without it.
Sliding scale self-assessment uses the honor system.
